This plank table is made of the rare and exclusive French elm wood, crafted from four carefully selected, mirrored planks from the same piece of wood. The unique grain structure and natural variation in color nuances create an elegant and harmonious expression that makes the table a work of art in itself.

Elm wood is a rarity today, as it was almost wiped out by elm disease 30-40 years ago, a disease that destroyed large parts of Europe's elm trees. It is therefore both an honor and a pleasure to be able to present a plank table made of this exclusive material, which is very difficult to find today.

Cracks and knots have been carefully preserved and filled with non-toxic epoxy, adding character and personality to the table. The table is treated with Rubio Monocoat, a food-grade oil that provides a strong and resistant surface that both protects and highlights the natural beauty of the elm wood.

Thanks to the oil treatment, the table is liquid and dirt-repellent and only requires light maintenance once or twice a year. We've even made it easy for you with a YouTube video showing you how to care for your table.

The price includes an optional frame such as X-, C- or Y-legs with adjustable feet. If a K- or star frame is desired, this can be added for a small additional charge. The price also includes a care kit and free delivery and assembly throughout Denmark, including bridge-mounted islands.
